Polyester microfibre

Polyester can be processed into fibres in a variety of ways. A special type of polyester is the so-called microfibre. As their name suggests, these are very thin fibres that are even weaker than real silk, let alone compared to wool and other materials. When thinner and finer fibres are used, they need to be compacted in the fabric, which provides good strength and also other properties for which microfibres are highly valued. First of all, the entire surface of the material is smooth and soft. The microfibre gives the leggings excellent functional properties - it wicks fluid away from the body but is breathable and permeable. To ensure that your leggings last a long time, avoid contact with sharp and rough surfaces such as Velcro, wooden surfaces, rough benches, walls, etc.

V�e za��n� na tomto ob��m plotru, kde nachystanou grafiku natiskneme na p�enosn� pap�r.

Kl��ov� je pro n�s spr�vn� barevnost. Aby leg�ny nebyly p��li� tmav�, nebo naopak sv�tl�. Aby motiv hezky vynikal, byl spr�vn� detailn� a ostr�. Aby se nenatisklo nic, co by ru�ilo kompozici na noh�ch nositelky :)

Vyti�t�n� pap�r se polo�� na �ist� b�l� materi�l a vsune se opatrn� do lisu.

Udr�et 3 vrstvy tak, aby se nic nekr�ilo a rovnom�rn� se za�ehlilo je opravdu v�da. Tohle je kritick� m�sto cel�ho tisku. Bu�to m�te metry dokonal�ho tisku na l�tce, nebo metry kazov�ho materi�lu...

Po za�ehlen� designu na l�tku se poti�t�n� metr� s d�ly doveze na d�lnu, kde je �vadlenky ru�n� vyst��h�vaj�.

Cel� je to pomal� ru�n� pr�ce, kter� se ned� usp�chat. Funk�n� materi�ly jsou hladk� a p�i zpracov�n� klou�ou a pru��.

Pot� se jednotliv� d�ly se�ij� pru�n�m stehem a kvalitn� nit�, kter� vydr�� velk� tah.

Odlad�n� st�ih leg�n je svat� gr�l. Sna��me se ho neust�le zlep�ovat a reagovat na va�e pot�eby p�i sportu i p�i b�n�m no�en�.

Na�e �ada recyklovan�ch leg�n je upleten� z recyklovan�ho polyesteru, kter� vznikl jako druhotn� produkt z PET lahv�. L�tka je opat�en� ��dn�m certifik�tem od Holandsk�ho institutu.
